Need remote assistance?  Our technicians can easily login to your computer or server to resolve your specific issue with just a few clicks of the mouse! 

 

For Windows Computers Only

  1. Click here to download our remote client software

  2. When asked to “Save” or “Run” the software, choose “Run”

  3. Once the software starts, give the technician “Your ID” number listed in the green area

  4. When prompted, please click “Allow” to allow the technician to control your computer

 

For Linux/Unix Systems Only

If you do not have your system connected to our support VPN and we do not have SSH access we can not provide remote support for you. Please contact us via our general support numbers for additional support instructions.
